Crock Pot Hawaiian Chicken {Freezer Meal}
Remember how I told you about my amazing friend Kelsey and her amazing freezer meals she brought me when we got home from the hospital?!...
Well, this is another one of those and it is FABULOUS! My whole family enjoyed this meal!
CROCK POT HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 can pineapple chunks (I added these in for the last 20 minutes of slow cooking for some added flavor and substance)
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or stew in slow cooker for 4-6 hours. Serve over rice.
**FREEZING DIRECTIONS: PLACE CHICKEN IN FREEZER BAG. POUR SAUCE MIXTURE OVER CHICKEN IN BAG. FREEZE.
