I know a lot of you have probably never heard of Cafe Rio. It is a Mexican Restaurant that has some of the best food I have ever eaten. I seriously crave it weekly! If you have never been, or have been but have since moved away, try out some of these recipes! You are going to love them!
This Lime Cilantro Rice is seriously SO good! It works great for the Cafe Rio inspired salads and burritos, or maybe as a side dish to one of your own Mexican meals. We LOVE this rice in our home, and I am sure you will too!
CAFE RIO'S LIME CILANTRO RICE
